Did anyone try an IUI but then get PG on their own?

I had a failed IUI this past month and I'm really down about it. DH and I feel like nothing is really serioulsy wrong and we should be able to get PG on our own. All tests come back great... sperm count, eggs, etc.

Has anyone here gone through this?

I got pregnant on my 3rd IUI I know it's easier said than done, but have patience! It doesn't work for everyone the first time around- doesn't mean there's anything wrong. You also have to remember there's an element of luck. Even couples trying naturally with no known issues don't always get pregnant on their first cycle!! Good luck!!!

I had 3 failed IUIs. I wanted to get aggressive and do in vitro. We set up the invitro consult and were told to wait one month to get the clomid out of my system before starting in vitro meds...that month i got preggers on my OWN naturally, after 6 months of clomid. Sometimes it just takes a while... i was surprised but it taught me i need to be more patient!!!! AND in our case DH had sperm problems.
