Did anyone use NuvaRing BC
Did it take awhile for your cycle to regulate afterwards? I've always been pretty regular, just very heavy flow - NuvaRing has lightened my cycle considerably - I'm just wondering what to expect. I take my last ring out on12/23 and soooooo want to get pregnant right away - I'm a little impatient
What have your experiences been coming off of BC?

I just stopped using the Nuva ring last week. I've found that I am spotting every day for some crazy reason.

i took my last ring out on a saturday, i got AF that monday, and my cycles have been (strangely) regular since then, 25 days. this last time i had spotting for two days before AF, but that's the only odd thing.
my only "gripe" is that i actually get AF cramps now, as opposed to when i was on BC.
