Did Anyone Watch The Oraph Autism Show Today?
I am so dissapointed that there was nothing mentioned about the FREE resources everyone has access to if you suspect your child has Autism. Early Intervention programs are FREE and offer ABA and other thearpies for these kids, and they made it sound like you have to be rich if you have a child with Autism. I think that just prevents many parents from moving forward to get a diagnosis and the appropriate therapy for their children. Ugh.

Sad to see the struggles that the kids and the parents and even the siblings go through, but I don't think it was informative as it could have been. The doctor they had on there was confusing when she was telling you what signs to watch for. I think they could have done a better job, but that's just me.

I did and it scared me, made me sad, concerned, informed... it's just so difficult to see what those families have to go through on a day to day basis and realize that there isn't the help out there that there should be.
