Did I make this up? Dog harness?
I swear I saw this once on a dog, and thought it was fantastic.
It was a harness, but not the strap type, but almost like a jacket and it was closed with velcro.
I've looked all over and cannot find it. I've found harnesses that are for 'sport' dogs, but that wasn't it.

i've seen these, but that's not it.
It's definitely this type of material - but not w/the functionality.

I have a sweater for her that has pockets...and the first thing people say is "what do you put in the pockets?" hahahahaha.
