Pls reccommend your dog harness for the car.
We're starting to travel more and more with Cooper and as we start to make the trips longer and longer we want to keep him in the back seat.
Can you reccommend the travel harness you use to keep your pupper safe in the car? He's a Boston Terrier, so he's on the smallish side, about 20lbs.

I got ours at pet-co, I think it's called Easy Rider. But I just saw some in Petsmart too, they are with the leashes. You put the seatbelt through the harness so that incase you stop short the dog won't go flying. We love ours, and everytime we bust it out, Bella knows she's going on a trip and gets excited!

Hey Kim! We just got this for Ollie, it works with any harness and we got it from petco.com (the stores did not carry it), she had a friggin ball in it

OMG! Jess, Olive is so cute in that thing!!!!!
We want something that we can unhook and go if we have too... we plan on traveling a lot more with Cooper in the future so we want something a little less cumbersome. Thanks for the rec. though!!!

We also have the easy rider. So far ....so good.
But, I wanted to mention that when you slide the seat belt through the dog harness, be sure to pull the seatbelt all the way out so that it lockss up. Otherwise, your dog will not be secure and will run around the back seat.

We have this also Amelia Loves it!!! She has had it since she was a puppy and she panics in the car if she isn't in it... Everyone thinks Im crazy because we have a car seat for a dog but, there is a law( or so I have heard) that dogs have to be in a harness of car seat or you can get a 250 dollar ticket (or something like that) I strongly believe in this, I used to work at a pet place and we heard way to often of the tragic losses in auto accidents...
Petite Pets sells them in 2 different sizes that are a bit $$$ but they hold up very well and are washable....
the store is in Huntington behind the mall on New York ave,

this is the one I use for my cocker spaniel. Ive had it for almost 4 years now (since he was a few months old) and he doesnt go in the car without wearing it. I like how it has the wool on the inside and not just the straps. Hope this helps! You can get it at petsmart or any other pet store im sure.
