Did we discuss the Elwood School District Bus Driver?
I know, I know...innocent before proven guilty & he is denying it but the thought of this guy cornering an 11 year old on a bus to kiss her makes me want to toss him in prison general population with a tatoo on his forehead.

Re: Did we discuss the Elwood School District Bus Driver?
A big, huge part of me hopes that it's not true - that he was just yelling at her to behave or something like that and this is how she decided to retaliate.
But if it is true... I hope he rots in hell. How disgusting.

Cops: Bus driver charged with kissing girl
A 73-year-old bus driver for the Elwood school district turned himself in Tuesday after an 11-year-old girl accused him of kissing her on the lips after he parked the bus on the side of the road, authorities said.
The driver, Michael J. Dibella of 15 Irving Johnson St. in East Northport, was ordered jailed on $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond bail at his arraignment in connection with the events of Nov. 19 in East Northport, according to the court.
Dibella pleaded not guilty Tuesday afternoon to a misdemeanor charge of endangering the welfare of a child.
His defense attorney, Steven L. Sarisohn of Commack, said Dibella is a married father of grown children, and his wife, who attended the arraignment at First District Court in Central Islip, stands by him. "Her husband told her he didn't do it," he said. "She believes her husband."
According to the authorities, the middle schooler was the last person on the bus when Dibella stopped at Cedar Road and Newark Street near her home, police said. Police said the girl alleged Dibella sat next to her, grabbed her face and kissed her multiple times. He kissed her "seven different times," according to court papers.
Dibella then drove the student to her home, where she told her mother about the incident and the family notified police, authorities said.
At the arraignment, Judge Steven Lotto also ordered Dibella's driver's license suspended for all driving, not just buses, because the accusation against him involved driving. Dibella, a Huntington Bus Company employee, has been suspended until the case is resolved, his lawyer said.
"On behalf of the entire district, we want to extend our concerns and thoughts for the alleged victim and her family. Nothing is more important than the safety of our students and staff," Peter Scordo, the interim superintendent of the Elwood Union Free School District, said Tuesday in a statement.
On Dibella's block Tuesday, neighbor Robert Fallon said Dibella would often express frustration at not being able to discipline his passengers, fearing he would be falsely accused of misconduct.
