i feel like ive been putting on the lbs since i stopped bfding uugghh im sorry i stopped now

Maybe a 1-2 pounds. I was afraid it was just gonna keep creeping up and up but now about 1 1/2 months after stopping, it seems pretty level.

Yes. I was able to eat so much during pregnancy and then while BFing, that I have had a really hard time and am battling with my weight to keep it in check- I am up and down the same 5 pounds because I can't re-adjust to watching what I eat and my portion sizes.

no i actually lost weight because i was able to cut calories. you have to eat more when you bf. i was able to diet when i stopped.

Yes....because I continued eating the way I was when BFing. I won't make that mistake again.

i lost all my baby weight 2 weeks pp, then when i stopped BF at 4 weeks i started to put more on. that could also be cause i was home all day and eating.
