Did you use a sling to carry your baby? DS looks so smooshed in the sling!
My friend bought me one of those slings to carry DS around but DS looks incredibly smooshed in it! I don't know if I'm not using it properly or it's supposed to be that way.

which one do you have? i had to try a couple before i found the right one for ds.
I like the bjorn and the moby wrap

I think I have the hot sling. I got it as a gift.
I saw a woman carrying a baby in a wrap at BRU and it looked so comfy! I think I'd be scared that DS would fall out though.
I need some kind of support. As DS is getting heavier, it's putting so much strain on my arms to carry him around all day.
Do you use the bjorn indoors like at home?

Since Birth we used Sling Ezee by Parenting Concepts and Loved it! Soon afterward we discovered a Mei Tei carrier and Loved it even more

I used my Bjorn all the time when DS was little. I would clean with him in there and he would sleep. It was great

I have a hotsling too. It's normal for them to look a little squished up. The directions warn of that. I carry DS in the sling whenever we go out shopping or on long outings & he usually falls right asleep. They like being cuddled up like that when they are so small.
If you aren't sure if you're doing it right, did your sling come with a DVD? My hotsling came with directions & an instructional DVD.
