Did your baby really look like your third tri 3D pics?
... or were the features sort of distorted in the 3D pics?

she sorta looks like how she looks on the video monitor-- so, a little distorted.
i have my 3d pics in an album-- and i have a few pics posted on here as well, if you wanted to see.

my ds looked just like the 3D sonos!!! It's incredible, sorry I don't have them scanned but everyone who saw the pictures were amazed. I didn't know I was having 3D sono done the day I had them done so it was such a great surprise.

Emerson looked EXACTLY like her 3D sono pics.........she still does now at 7 months when she is sleeping. Very cool!!

Some faces that Ashley makes do resemble the 3D sono...In every sono when she was sleeping, her right hand was up near her face, and she still sleeps like that now! :)

Yes both do especially Ronan because Declan had his face pressed up against the placenta so he looked like Popeye

Yup, both at 20 and 38 weeks. The difference was I had an amnio the day before I delivered (38w) and Colin looked like the Michelin man with the most enormous cheeks ever. He actually came out with some pretty heft cheeks but thankfully, a little less than what it looked like in the sono 
At my 20w this time we actually can see that the profile of this baby looks pretty similar to, though leaner than, DS. It's crazy to me that you can actually see what they may look like!
ETS: I think that any larger feature will appear that much larger on the sono since it's ultrasound waves. So, if you're concerned about a super large nose or something, I think you're good
