Mine said whole until 2 years old but i know somoen who was told 1 % or 2%

I gave whole milk up until about 18 months....then we switched to 2%....I asked if it was ok and my dr. said it was fine.

This is what I was told by my ped also, and she said whole at least until 2 yrs.

Sydney is 18 months and I am going to ask the doctor if we can switch from whole to 2%....she doesnt drink very much milk but she is around 28 lbs so I am looking to lower her fat content but I know it is also important for brain development so I want to get the doctors opinion.
