Diet coke cake?
Does anyone know the recipe for that? Do you just mix it with cake mix and that's it?
I also hear you can use applesauce in place of oil for cupcakes

I typically use diet cream soda with Funetti and bake as directed on the box.
I believe for chocolate cake you are supposed to use diet dr. pepper.

A box of cake mix, a can of diet soda, and I use one egg white.
Just mix and bake according to directions 
I like chocolate with diet pepsi or diet dr. pepper and vanilla with diet cream soda.

Yep, just take a box of cake mix + one can of diet soda and mix it together. Don't add the oil/eggs/milk/whatever the cake mix calls for. Just the diet soda. Then all you count in terms of calories or Points will be based on the cake mix alone, not "as prepared".
Personally, I like the Funfetti mix + diet Sprite, or chocolate cake + diet Dr. Pepper, or golden cake + diet Sprite.
