Have you done the Core plan before? What do you think of it? My SIL lost a good amount on it but I don't know if it's for me. I just feel lost!Chat Icon

I have done it, but haven't stayed consistently on it enough to have great results with it.
I did Flex a few years ago and lost about 40 lbs, but I think I need to be stricter with myself.

Re: Dieters....what is your plan of attack??

I actually started my weight loss plan in September (I am doing NutriSystem) and so far to date I've been doing really well..I"ve lost about 32 pounds so far

My plan of attack is to just continue staying motivated with the diet, but to step up my exercise program, which is slacking. I need to tone up now big time and jump start my metabolism so I can continue and lose these last 15 pounds or so Chat Icon

Prices vary, depending on your location. I think in Nassau, it is $10.95 per week.

no fee right now..and for 149 I think you can get a season pass, now until April 28th.

I may do that, but I prepay, 100.00 for 10 weeks, so I am going to see if I can carry mine over.
