Difference between Balmex, Desitin and Triple Paste???
They all have the same active ingredient, what makes one better than the other?
Which do you prefer???

I always had good luck with just Balmex....I think it is the cheapest out of the 3 you mentioned, so I am sticking with that.

only Triple Paste really works

For all our daily basic rashes, we use Balmex. But recently due to molars coming in she got a really severe one. We got the Triple paste and it did clear it up in a couple of days.

i found A and D is good for my DH she had a little diaper rash last night and it cleared up by morning.

I have some of all of them from my shower and found only A and D really worked, clears it up in hours.

I dont use any of them. My dd got a bad rash and none of those helped, so i found Aveeno diaper rash cream and it worked great. Now thats all i use.
