Different way to do a fruit plate?

At my work we have a half hour break in the morning. We have a teachers’ room and usually bring in a snack, etc., so we don’t hang around in the classroom for the most part.

They have this thing called “Cake Thursdays” and everyone takes a turn bringing in a cake. I haven’t had a kitchen, so I have just been eating. I will have a kitchen in February finally.

Now someone changed the “Cake Thursdays” to “Fruit Fridays” (but we still do it on Thursdays) because New Year and healthy eating etc.

My turn is coming up and I would like to do something different, so I don’t sabotage this person’s diet.

Any ideas?

How about fruit kabobs? or a fruit charcuterie board with dipping sauces?

Kabobs is a good idea! Can you suggest a dipping sauce? I also want to use Passionfruit since I want to do a tropical theme.

You could do a chocolate, a caramel, and maybe a yogurt sauce! Even a cream cheese dip would be yummy.

Thank you! I am going to do kebobs, with a passionfruit yogurt sauce and, bear with me, macerated strawberries in balsamic and black pepper.
