difficult people
I went to a seminar at the Marriot called "How to deal with difficult people". Okay so I sat there and yes he made many valuable points. However, I still cant make the connection that you can always deal with toxic people. SOme people are just hard to deal with and have different methods of communicating their wants and needs. Do you think its possible to ALWAYS be able to deal with difficult people?

I think everyone can handle it but it depends on the extent of the dealings and if it's on a daily basis. I'm pretty good at it , I think however it also depends on the day. Some days my patience are not what they should be and I have a hard time figuring out what it is the person wants or needs from me..if this makes any sense at all.

I think if you have to deal with them for ex in a work environment then you need to find a way, but if you don't have too then drop them, its not worth the your energy.

I agree...and if I try to deal with a difficult person and it's just not working...then I stop trying.
