digital camera battery question????
Does anyone know if the battery that comes with a digital SLR camera is charged already so you can use out of box or isit one of those things you need to charge for several hours. DH is opening his gift today and wants to bring it to our Christmas Eve but not sure if I should have hime open it really early so he can charge the battery???

usually it's partially charged... probably not even 1/2 full.

You need to charge it fully before using it.

Can't beleive I'm now unwrapping gifts already wrapped only to wrap them again later!! ughh!! Why didn't I think of this sooner!!!
