Dilemna... Glider and Ottoman?

My husband and I found a glider/ottoman @ BRU that we liked- it was affordable, comfy and matched the color of our furniture perfectly. We registered for it and just got it from a family member shipped to our home. Problem is when it arrived and we opened the box there were no instructions and there were hundreds of parts to put together. We called the store and they said we could return for another one or get a merchandise credit. We looked up reviews and discovered that many people said it was IMPOSSIBLE to put together! What do you suggest we do? I would really love a glider/ottoman for nursing and rocking the baby but we don't want to spend a fortune. I am afraid to reorder this glider and have my husband freak out about putting it together. What has been your experience? We have already been back to BRU and BBB to try out other gliders and didn't find anything we liked or could afford. Now I feel bad that my family bought this for me as a special gift and I have to return it!

I ordered one from amazon for $129 free s&h and it was a piece of cake to put together. The delivery was really quick too. It's decent and comfy....

we have a glider & ottoman from BBB that we love it and i am so glad we have. however you will find plenty of people that say you dont need it so if you cant find one you like that is in your budget maybe try to go without it.

i would attempt to put it together before just returning it. maybe have DH call a friend or family member and have them come over to help. give them some beer and leave them alone while trying to do it (DH hates when i look over his shoulder questioning him lol). if they cant get it then return it
