Re: Ding ding ding, someone called it
That was quick! I guess they kind of had to after all the speculation of her being PG. It was actually the first thing I noticed about that photo.

I'm not surprised! I feel like all these Royals get pregnant so fast...I feel like it's a requirement

If I married into the royal family, I'd make sure to get myself knocked up real quick too. That way, even if we divorced, you're the mother of a prince/princess and you're kind of always going to be a part of the royal family.

She's also 37 years old. I would hurry up and get knocked up too if I had just gotten married at that age and wanted children.

Yeah I think it was more her age being the deciding factor in this case than anything else. By starting now she will have time to have a few if they want to.

Re: Ding ding ding, someone called it
Just read that they announced to the extended royal family, and “officially” announced to the Queen, at Eugenie’s wedding! (Though I’m sure it wasn’t much of an announcement since everybody guessed it a while ago!). They’re saying she’s about 12 weeks now and had to announce before photos from their Australia trip are released where it’s warm now and she can’t wear a coat and it’ll be obvious to everyone.

Its funny. Seeing the photos and videos from the trip I dont think she looks pregnant at all. The coat and well placed folders made her look more pregnant than that white dress shes wearing on the trip

I was just going to come on and post the same thing! I saw pics this morning on Instagram of her in Australia and she isn't showing even a little bit- and she was wearing a decently form fitting dress. You are right- nobody would have thought a thing about it if not for the coat at the wedding etc. LOL

Just another reason I find her incredibly obnoxious.
She couldn't just let Eugenie have all the attention for that one day.

Re: Ding ding ding, someone called it
I think she is showing a little bit in that white dress. Like could be a burrito or small baby bump.
I admit I was wondering if she'll show like more typical, not like Kate who was so thin up until the week before she was due. I wonder how Meghan will look after the birth too, if she'll be as put together and thin within 12 hours like Kate or not. I just can't imagine going outside for cameras to take pictures of me at that point! I couldn't walk, my hair was a greasy mess, and I couldn't wear anything but underwear and an open back hospital gown at that point.

Responding here b/c Pippa doesn't deserve her own thread, but she just gave birth. She definitely didn't look like she was ready to pop at the wedding last week!

My gut says they have zero say in when/how they announce these things. Other than trying to time their conception to be 12 weeks around this time lol that's about the extent of their control likely, right?

Ding ding ding, someone called it
I saw an article with pics of her trying to hide her “bump” for weeks.
She’s 12 weeks pregnant with her first kid. There is no bump. I could have worn a damn leotard and tights when I was 12 weeks pregnant and no one would have suspected a thing.
And very poor taste to announce at the wedding. She could have easily covered up her large lunch in Australia, where it is early spring, btw, and not the height of summer.

The official announcement yes. But *if* it's true that she announced it to family AT the wedding, that was in their control.
What I find obnoxious is that she basically wore a tent to the wedding to fuel speculation when there is nothing to even hide. It makes it seem like she loves the attention.

Yep. I didn't even tell work until I was 6 months along with my first. And nobody had a clue. She's tiny.. there is nothing showing at all

I kinda agree. I'm 16 weeks with my 2nd and my bump just came outta nowhere in the last week. At 12 weeks there was nothing even this time around!

She's an attention whore, think that's been quite obvious for sometime!
