Dining Room colors
If you have a chair railing, would you put the darker color on top or bottom? Thanks!

I have white wainscotting on the bottom half, and a deep red on top.
If we did not have wainscotting and were just doing two colors, I would put the darker on the bottom. I think the room looks bigger this way!
