there are a ton of places on vanderbilt avenue (2 long blocks away) - paquena for pretty good mexican, cataldos for standard american italian, the vanderbilt for upscale gastropub food (my personal fav, we are there 3x/mo easy), amorina a couple blocks down on vanderbilt for great fancy pizza.
