Disney experts....fastpass+
Does fastpass+ for firework viewing open up the same time your other fastpass+ does? I tried to get firework viewing fastpasses last trip but they were sold out. Any tricks to making sure we get it?

I think they open up the same time as the others. I've never used a FP on a parade or fireworks viewing so I don't know if it's worth it. Just keep check to see if anything opens up. If not, just try to get their early for a good spot. GL!

I wouldn't waste your fastpass on fireworks to be honest. Plenty of great viewing spots without a fastpass.

basically the FP for fireworks or parades gives you special seating in a certain spot with a good view... keeps you from having to stake out of a good spot extra early.
OP: i think they all open on the same day (60 days before if you're staying on disney, 30 days before if you're staying off property). they open at midnight online... so you can always stay up until then and do them as soon as they "unlock" for you. i also read that making them starting from the end of your trip and working backwards sometimes helps, too.... so like if you're going to MK on 2 days, start with the second day to try for any "tough" FPs you want there...

We booked fast pass for fireworks for our upcoming trip for day of arrival. This way we have a guaranteed spot to see Wishes without standing around in one place for a really long time to get a good view after traveling for hours.
