Disney folks come in.......
Anyone ever stay at POR - Riverside?

We stayed at Port Orleans Riverside last month. I thought the hotel was nice. We stayed in a Royal Room, which I thought was just OK- I wouldn't have been happy if I paid extra for the room. It was small and could have been updated a bit. They have a great pool with a waterslide and water spouts for the kids, as well as regular pools. There is also a water taxi that takes you to Disney Springs, which we did one night. The hotel is about a 15 minute bus ride to the different parks. The buses come very regularly and we never had to wait long. There are two restaurants - one is a sit down restaurant, which you would have to make a reservation for and the other is a quick serve with your typical pizza, burgers, salad, etc. The grounds are very pretty and quiet. I would have no problem staying there again.

Online says that Epcot is the closest park. How long did it take to get there?

I didn't find the parks to be a far ride. Maybe about 15 minutes. One was a little father than the others. I *think* it was Animal Kingdom, but when I say that is was by like 5 minutes.
