Disney question (travelling with Toddler)
Is there much to do with an almost 3 yr old at the Water Parks?
Which park is better when travelling with toddler - Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon?

Re: Disney question (travelling with Toddler)
We plan on skipping both of those parks during our trip.

Re: Disney question (travelling with Toddler)
I think Typhoon Lagoon is better for young children because it has a specific area set up for them whereas Blizzard Beach is more steep slides and not as toddler friendly.
ETA: We took DS at 11 months to Typhoon Lagoon. He loved the lazy river, toddler play area (has a slide for babies, small water spritzer things, zero entry water), sand area (you can get a pail, shovel and molds but it is cheeper to get a set at CVS before you go), looking at the fish where people snorkle, the big wave area has a seat and I sat there with him and as the wave came I would pick him up so only his feet got wet. Just make sure to have someone walk with you when you enter and leave the wave pool b/c I ended up falling and cutting my leg badly. DS was fine I used my body to shield him. He was a little scared but I was bloody.
Over all I loved Typhoon Lagoon. DH who is not a big water fan loved it too.
