Dizziness?
Hi All,
I am almost 12 weeks preg. and last night while sleeping I woke up a lot and was hot and my pulse was a little fast. This morning, I felt very dizzy and even got a little fuzzy when I bent over and stood up. On my way to work, I got some orange juice, coconut water and regular water, along with a bagel. I am feeling better.....
Does this happen to anyone?
Last night I didn't eat that much and I'm thinking I was possibly a little dehydrated and hungry.... Thanks in advance!

Re: Dizziness?
yes! Especially in this heat, make sure you keep hydrated and eat regularly. It's very easy to get dizzy and even black out

Re: Dizziness?
I was really dizzy during first trimester and the start of the second one. Be careful when you're getting up, moving around, etc. and not make any sudden/abrupt moves. Also keep hydrated, and make sure you're having small snacks throughout the day and not missing meals, etc.. Those things helped - and also adding in more protein and snacks that helped keep me fuller - i.e. peanut butter with crackers, etc.
Meant to add - especially w/ this heat it can be totally normal. I fainted I think around 14-16 weeks because I was so hot from being in the train. So just be super careful w/ watching for any signs with the recent heat we've had.
My doctor said it's completely normal to get dizzy when you're pregnant.

Dizziness?
I was dizzy during my 1st and 2nd trimester. Annoying, but normal

Dizziness?
Yes I've definitely felt dizzy. I was told it could be dehydration. I try to drink lots of water and eat every 2-3 hours.

Dizziness?
Yup, I've been getting dizzy spells since I started the 2nd trimester. From what I understand it's REALLY common, just don't get up too fast, or move positions, try not to bend down too much. That movement of bending over and standing up is DEF enough to make you dizzy.

Re: Dizziness?
I have low blood pressure during pregnancy which causes dizziness. It's normal!
