Depends. Some do. My company only price matches domestic air.
here are our terms and conditions. This may help when you are doing a price match
Terms and Conditions
1) Gulliver’s Travels low fare guarantee is available to Premium Level Gulliver’s Travels’ Independent Travel Agents and their customers.
2) ITA or Customer must be ready and able to book when comparison is made in order to qualify for low price guarantee.
3) The Gulliver’s Challenge applies to only to airline tickets purchased on Gulliver’s Travels website from May 16, 2006 forward or until guarantee is discontinued.
4) To qualify, the lower airfare must be at least $5 less than the airfare purchased on Gulliver’s Travels, and may not be a part of a travel package.
5) The lower fare has to be published and available to general public online from a U.S. based website, and be stated in U.S. currency.
6) The low fare guarantee does not apply, to government fares, military fares, wholesaler fares, consolidator fares, group fares, unpublished rates, vouchers, special discounts, rewards program, incentive programs, loyalty-program discounts, fly free offers, promotions or e-mail promotions.
7) Due to constantly changing flight availability, travel comparison must be based on exact itineraries including, without limitation, vendor(s), Fare Base, Class Code, layovers, stops, segments, routing, flight numbers, same passengers, taxes and airport fees. Fares must be compared with like fare restrictions.
8) The low fare guarantee applies to only total airfare and does not apply to differences on fees not collected on the airline ticket. The lower total airfare may not include service-related fees such as booking, processing, shipping, or paper ticket fees.
9) The low fare guarantee does not apply to refunded airfare.
10)The lower fare must be available for booking at the time you contact us, as determined by our Travel Specialists. Take a screen shot of the lower airfare found, as it may be required by our representatives to determine eligibility. Competitor quote must be sent in a written format such as webpage print and may be sent via fax or email to Gulliver’s Travels.
11)All requests are subject to Gulliver’s Travels verification. Gulliver’s Travels will have sole discretion to determine if request if valid. Gulliver’s Travels decisions are final, and, by submitting a request, you agree to these terms and conditions.
12)Gulliver’s Travels reserves the right to deny any requests that cannot be verified, or are received with incomplete information.
13)Gulliver’s Travels has the right to discontinue or modify this low fare guarantee at any time or any reason, without prior notice. Void where prohibited by law.
14)Low fare guarantee is available during normal business hours (9:00 A.M - 6:00 P.M EST Mon - Fri) and Gulliver's Travels requires Two hours to respond.
