Do C-sections for 1st baby lead to more complicated second pregnancies?
Heard this somewhere because of the scar tissue left by the operation.

I've heard this before, but I'm not sure. For me, I got pregnant with my second DC in the first month.

It can. I think it depends greatly upon the way you scar both internally and externally, the type of sutures used to close you up, whether you had a vertical or horizontal incision, your anatomy, if you labored before the c/s, other pre and post c/s surgeries, and the skill of your surgeon for the first c/s.
