it's been a while since i've even seen a hard copy of a resume - most are submitted electronically now
I'd say if you are going to meet someone in person for an interview though, it always helps to have your resume be on a nicer stock than just plain printer paper. Something with a little more weight or tooth to it would make it stand out a little more

Bond paper is better, although I can't remember the last time I saw a hard copy of someone's resume unless I printed it out myself.
