i would say yes because f the weather people don't want to have or attend open houses.

Heating costs is a factor too - people don't to be heating the outside with doors being constantly opened, reopened, etc.
You'll see more when the weather gets warmer.

Yes, they do from what I've heard. In the springtime things pick up more. It's mostly due to the weather.
