Anyone believe in this? You ever think there are signs telling you NOT to do something?

I beleive it..I read a book called God winks.
It is all about how some people think God is not around, but he winks at us everyday to let us know that he is there... Have you ever noticed how when you are really down for money you will find $20 in a pant pocket. Or if you think about somebody and the next day you randomly see them or get a call from them and we think it is just a coincidence... I beleive we are just so busy in our everyday life that we never notice them but I think they are all around us.

Nope. I believe when most people think they have based a desicion on a sign or omen they are usually really just using a gut feeling....

In signs, yes. If my life was a novel, I would have seen so many things happen (forshadowing, signs, etc..)
In Omens, not really. I lost my cat on Rosh Hashana (don't worry, I found her, she was hiding) and thought it was an "omen" that my year was doomed.  It wasn't. It was a year of growth.
