Do you clothes shop for your DH/FH/boyfriend?
He's always insisted that it's best for him to shop for himself but he needs so much (and has no time to shop) that he actually asked me to pick up some things for him.
I'm kind of excited to shop for him

I do all the shopping for DH. He likes my taste and if he had to shop for himself he would never have new or decent clothes and shoes. He hates shopping with a passion and I love to shop for him so it works out well.

I do the shopping - w/ pleasure. If it were left up to him, he would have all t-shirts with those stupid sayings like "I make stuff up"...........ugh.

Othewise, he has no problem shopping for himself whatsoever.

I shop for him WAY more than he shops for himself. He has bought himself maybe 1 pair of pants in the last year , and I LOVE buying him clothing

my dh has great taste and sense of style I like when HE shops for ME..but he always asks my opinions about stuff and I will pick up something for him if I like it.
He ALWAYS looks GOOD!

My husband does most of his shopping on his own. I got him to venture out of JC Penney and Kohls to places like Nordstrom, Eddie Bauer, Banana Rep, Bloomingdales etc. His taste has gotten a lot better and he does pretty well shopping on his own. I still buy stuff for him when I see something that I think he would like but for the most part, he's on his own and he does well.

I honestly don't think DH has ever bought his own clothes.
I buy everything for him and I'm pretty sure his mom got him everything before that.
It's the only area of his life where he seems totally clueless and not at all independant.

No. I'll shop with him, but not for him.
He's way too picky. He has a comment about everything. He doesn't like the collar, the buttons, the sleeves, the cuffs, the length of the shirt, the color of the jeans, the stitching on the jeans, etc.
It's just too disappointing to shop for him.

I do all of the shopping for FH. Once in a while, he'll come to the stores with me but he HATES shopping and I love it so it works out best. I love buying things for him. He has really good taste and will often pick things out for me but could almost care less what he wears himself.

For work clothes, I order shirts and pants for DH online (he is big and tall). I know what he likes and he doesn't always have the time to order stuff. For casual weekend wear, we go to Old Navy and he finds what he likes. If something looks horrible, I will let him know, but overall he is a conservative dresser and that is fine.

Sometimes if I am out I will buy him something, but most of the time we go together. He would never go to the store and buy clothes on his own, I don't know what he did before he met me.

DH shops for himself.
All his button-downs (dressy & casual) are custom made, as are his suits/dress pants. He buys his own jeans, t-shirts, shoes, ties, active wear, etc..
He's got awesome taste and actually taught me A LOT about menswear and tailoring in general.
The only things I buy him are RL polos, ties (Brioni, Hermes, Ferragamo and Canali only) and socks.
