I complained once about my server at on the border. the regional manager returned my call, apologized and sent me a $50 gift card. then I wrote to on the border thanking them and said what a pleasure it was delaing with the regional manager. They then sent me another g/c for $25

I am flaming mad and it didn't even happen to me! What a moron! I have had a lot of this lately- stuff that if I did on my job I would be fired on a heartbeat. I am so tired of incompetent, rude people.

I would call the manager of the store and make a formal complaint. She needs to get a clue

I wouldn't have said something. I would have made sure that every last grocery was on the belt and then said, "nevermind, I don't want any of it." and I would have left.

Actually, you know what you should do? Go back next time, ask a bunch of stupid questions, see if she does it again and then leave the groceries there. But you have to really load up the cart. She probably won't remember you so it will be really funny. And get a whole bunch of heavy stuff.

But then you can never go there again.

Just a thought.

I'd definately complain-there is absolutely no need for her to be rude
