Like, do you know how many you ate today already, or how many you eat on an average day?

I've followed WW and that limits your caloric intake but I've never actually counted calories.

I have always counted points or calories because I gain weight easily, but now I've decided to just not eat foods that make me feel fat afterwards.

Not exactly.
If I am at store buying a snack for example, I'll read and compare labels.
I often have an approximate running total in my head of the calories I've consumed in one day but I don't actually count and it's far from precise.

I have tried in the past but I usually give up pretty quickly!!!
Math has never been my strong suit. I am at the point in my life where I am just trying to eat healthier altogether.
