I have to have coffee in the morning. Some people are addicted to drugs, cigarettes, alchohol, etc. I am just as addicted to coffee. It's terrible.

You know what- you are right.
I never crave it at home but at work- it’s like a boredom thing- it gets me away from my desk to go get a cup of coffee in the morning and then again around 3 pm.
Sooo bad!

i have one cup of decaf. I got off caffeine years ago and never looked back but I still love the taste and smell of coffee.
I'm also a coffee snob. I really like certain decafs from starbucks and tullys.

I used to - but I have been convinced that it is bad for me. So I drink herb teas and water. Morning is now a cup of hot water with lemon and then a cup of nettle tea.

I have coffee every AM sometimes 2 or 3 and then 1 in the later afternoon it helps wake me up I know its not good but so are a bunch of other things
