Do you ever just feel sad for no particular reason
The past few days I feel myself on the verge of tears and I have no reason why. I have my usual ongoing stressors, PMS, worries, but why sometimes more than others am I unusually sad.
Anyone else have this???

seriously though, there are some days (very rarely) where i just feel sorta down, and unmotivated. i think we all have our days.

yes I do. I blame it on some of the medication I have been taking, but now that Im off it, I still have my ups and downs.

when I was on the pill, I use to cry to DH that I just can't get happy. Since I have gotten off the pill those feelings have gone away.

I was on 3 different kinds. Sorry don't remember the exact names, one was suppose to help clear skin, the other was ortho something, can't remember the first I was on.
I had never had crying fits till I went on the pill, I was on it for 4 years, and just thought that crying was in my personality, but my mother begged me to get so I have been without for 4 years and never cry like that.

I also go through these periods of feeling low for no reason - in fact I was just crying to DH last night over it!
It is a scary feeling - other times in my life when it has happened I have been able to convince myself there were outside sources causing it (job, loneliness, etc.) - but this time I am happy at work and still a newlywed!
It is very jarring and I always try to seek out the reason behind the feelings, but as DH said last night, maybe that is making it worse, because there are no "reasons" behind it. It just frustrates me further trying to figure it out and prolongs the feelings.
I don't know if it will help, but just keep thinking of all the wonderful things you have in your life and ride it out. It will pass given time.
