I feel so, so sad today..
I hope its ok I vent for one second. Maybe i'll feel better... I normally don't feel this way, and I know I have a lot to be thankful for...but i can't shake this feeling I've had for the last two days..
We just moved...I am exhausted from that. I am always worried about money. We need so much furniture and baby stuff that its overwhelming me right now. My DH just started a new job...
I guess its a lot at once, on top of feeling like I can never catch my breath right :( I'm winded ALL the time and was pretty athletic pre-pregnancy. My family who I am very close to are all on long island while we live in Arlington, VA (DH works for the Department of Defense). I miss them a lot..wish my mom were here at times to go out with...
Ok i'm done. I'm sorry for the long pathetic post. I KNOW people have bigger problems. I shoudnt feel this way and I do. Maybe some ice cream will cheer me up, lol..

Re: I feel so, so sad today..
you certainly deserve to vent - you are going through a lot - emotionally, physically, socially, etc...I give you both lots of credit in moving...I cna imagine how hard it has been to leave family and friends behind. You aren't too far and hopefully everyone will visit and keep in touch! In no time, I am sure you will find some new friends and allies, too! Enjoy your ice cream (and the s I am senidng your way!)!

It was not a long, pathetic post and this is important to YOU, so do not invalidate how you are feeling I can't even imagine how lost I would feel so far from my own family during my pregnancy, so I feel terrible that you are going through it I wish I had some magical advice to make you feel better

Thanks girls. Your words made me feel better...I am sitting here crying reading it actually, lol..god i am so EMOTIONAL LATELY!!! I know most of the stresses in my life now are positive ones...but its still stress, and yes, I miss my family so much. I'm the eldest of 6 children and my entire extended family is on long island as well..I love DH and am happy we have one another, but just miss my mom so much. I go home next weekend so that will be nice :)
thanks again!! the words mean so much to me.

Re: I feel so, so sad today..
I am with you- my mom, Dad, Grandma and sis are 3000 miles away, we have to move in two weeks and I will be on bedrest from the CVS, DH has a new job that is stressing him out by the minute- all that on top of being pregnant is horrible! So go ahead and vent- you deserve it

Re: I feel so, so sad today..
I can relate to this although I have to imagine being away from family magnifies all that you are going through. I'm due in August and we are closing on our house in July. Plus DH just started a new job and I'm sure you know how wonderful the whole mortgage process can be when you buy a house. This combined with the never ending stress from work (still traveling at 28 weeks) can really get to you sometimes.
Just remember it's a moment and it will pass. Hang in there.

Loving the mortgage stuff today as I search for all the dreaded documentation and fill out the application
