No to be honest. I pretty much look the same. My weight or my body has not really changed.

Re: Do you ever look at pictures from the past and realize you took advantage of the way you looked?
Yes!! I used to be addicted to the gym. I always thought I was fat, and I never got to my ideal body all those years of working out. Now that I look back, I think I looked great. Granted, I don't weighr or look so different, but I definitely could loose a few.

Omg, seriously, I would give to have my body back from even when I was 13 weeks pregnant! Not that my daughter wasn't worth being overweight for now, but still, I thought I looked so horrible back then, and I only realize now that it wasn't so bad!

Re: Do you ever look at pictures from the past and realize you took advantage of the way you looked?
I would love to be able to go back and say WHAT A FOOL. I was abot 25lbs thinner 8 years ago but I wouldn't trade that for the way I feel about myself now. Don't get me wrong I would love to fit in the same jeans but I think I like myself & my life a little better. Time is funny that way.
I credit alot of that to DH. Maybe you shouldn't always look to someone else but I have to admit that it is pretty special when DH looks at me in my sweats and a ponytail & tells me you look so cute. Positive reinfocement is a powerful tool.

OMG YES!!!!!!!!
I always thought I was "fat" back then. Now I look back and I am like..what the heck was I thinking?? I would kill for that body now! Not that I was ever "thin" but its better than what I did to myself. Makes me want to diet even harder now!
Actually posting my prom picture made me realize this!
I the feel the same way -- I was never super thin but I am mad at what I have done to myself. It helps motivate me to stay on track.

ITA - i was thin in high school, such a great body, always thought I was fat.
I only want to lose 10 lbs now (which would be 10 lbs more than my lowest HS weight) - but its so hard to lose!

Yeah--try having a nice body and being into the grunge look. I would wear oversized thrift store jeans, extra large concert shirts and flannels! I swear I wear more form fitting clothes now and I'm about 20 pound heavier!
