Everyday :)
I give DS 2 oz of Vanilla O'Soy with 1 tablespoon of oatmeal at lunch and dinner everyday
ETA: he loves it, I have to give it to him after his veggie or he won't eat the veggie, he'll just be looking for more yogurt!

Yep! DS loves it. Some of the jarred foods are yogurt and cereal.
