We go out to a nice dinner and he usally gets me flowers and something little.
This year we are going away for a spa weekend so we won't exchange.

Nope. I think Valentine's Day is a fabricated Hallmark holiday...have never really been into it. You can tell your DH/SO you love him/her any night and make it romantic. We go to dinner, but never on V-Day. Restaurants are big let downs with prix fixes, I think. I sound really sour on it...I'm not that bad! ha ha! I just don't get all into it.

We usually do--last year he got me a Tiffany's necklace--but this year we are really in saving money mode, so I may suggest just dinner. Of course I'll be ****** if I don't get flowers too though.

We are doing a big V-day this year. We skipped Xmas all together this year b/c we were broke from the wedding. So we are going all out for V-day! I can't wait...Xmas in Feb for me!

We do a very nice dinner and cards...last year, bc of the wedding, money was tight and so my husband surprised me with a candle lit dinner and wine at the house...I love Valentine's Day...

DH usually sends me roses to work and we do a nice dinner (order out from our favorite restaurant or go out). We usually don't do gifts though.

This is my first married V-day but we are also having a baby a month later so I do not think we are doing gifts. I will get DH a card and maybe something golf related. He loves golf

We do the small or no gifts, cards, roses/flowers and he always makes a beautiful multi-course meal - last year was a 4 course surf and turf dinner. He usually sends flowers to work or delivers them himself!
Last year, I had a doctor's appt on V-Day that he was meeting me at - he came with flowers
