do you feed your baby everytime they cry?
Maybe Im doing something wrong but I was over my sil house and she also has a baby and every time the baby even the slightest bit wimpers she shoves a bottle in his mouth and says he's hungry-- somtimes he eats like every ten minutes--I dont do that at all, I feed on demand but I feel that not every time the baby cries is out of hunger in fact I have read that hunger is not the most common reason for crying. But maybe Im wrong...

No. I feel like I have learned her hunger cues. But I do let her comfort nurse but she's not really eating because she isn't sucking much. I guess its just really relaxing to her. If she has a bottle and didn't finish it and gets fussy I will offer it to her again but I won't coax her to take it. I'm sure you know with a reflux baby overfeeding is counterproductive. She won't take a bottle if she's not hungry and she won't finish it if she's full.

Re: do you feed your baby everytime they cry?
I am demand feeding Emily and I do feed her every time she cries basically, but she never really cries unless she's hungry. I take that back -- she does cry when she's not hungry -- but I know the cues that she needs to be fed. It's usally after a nap and it's a much more hysterical cry then if she needs her diaper changed -- plus she starts eating her hands -- that's the biggest clue!
She also cries when she's tired -- that's the only cue that is similar to hungry -- but if you give her a bottle and hse's not hungry she simply won't eat. She'll push it right out of her mouth with her tongue.
