Do you feel advantix or frontline work better?
Now that I am a more wooded area, I am still using frontline but wonder what your thoughts are on this. My vet seems to feel Frontline is th best product for us but wanted others input.

We have always used Revolution on our dog, it works on fleas, ticks AND heartworm all in one plus some other things like mites and mange I think.

We have always used Revolution on our dog, it works on fleas, ticks AND heartworm all in one plus some other things like mites and mange I think.
I used to use Revolution and liked it alot. But my vet says Frontline kills more ticks than Revolution and that was why we switched to Frontline plus a heartworm pill.

We use Frontline plus it is the only one we have used but it works well.

We use Advantix. But it was a recommendation from my vet because of where we live. You may want to check with your vet which one they think is best for your area.

Where do you live if you don't mind me asking?
We live in a wooded area in Suffolk. My vet is aware of this and he felt Frontline had a better "safety" panel and that there was no evidence that Advantix works better.
However I know the previous owner of my home had her cats use Advantage.
Can anyone tell me how it works and what it does?

My vet recommended Advantage Multi and a tick collar (Preventic Tick Collar) for my dog. We bring her up to Pennsylvania a lot and theres ticks up the wazoo.
