This week is so crazy that I will only be able to get to Zumba tonight.
Have you seen a big difference in loss when you don't get to work out as much?

since joining WW, I have not exercised at all , I have ZERO motivation when it comes to that
I am still down 20 lbs but I feel like it could be more if I exercised

I haven't had this yet since I've only had 2 weigh ins since I started exercising.
However, my leader just said in this week's meeting that activity and exercise are great but that the WW program is 90% about the food. So, if you didn't exercise but you tracked really well and stayed within your points you should be good.
I know for me, the benefit of exercising is that if I don't track well I've earned a couple extra points by exercising so it is not a huge deal. Of course, I'm hoping to build muscle to increase calorie burning over time so exercising isn't a waste.

I find that after a few weeks of working out a lot i need a couple day break . Your body gets used to the same routine so its good to not work out for a few days then start up again . Enjoy the few days off
