I have a slow cooker/crockpot that I have used twice in the 3 years I've owned it.
But I don't have a pressure cooker.

I don't own one but I think if I did I would use it. I do own a crockpot and I use it pretty frequently to make dinners.

I too have a crockpot, I used it quite often when I was working FT. I also like to use it on weekends when we are going to be out all day.
When I think of a pressure cooker, I think of something you see on TV when it explodes all over the kitchen

Yes but I've only used it once in the year and a half that I've had it. It's too cumbersome for me.

I have a pressure cooker and a crock pot. I use the crock pot more often, but nothing beats a batch of meatballs in my pressure cooker! They come out incredible.

No I don't. Likelyhood is....if I had it I would use it. I saythis because in the cooler months, I use my crockpot often.

I have a crock pot, which I hardly use. Pressure cookers scare me. My mom used one all the time when we were growing up and they just seem "unstable." Whenever she used it I would stay clear of the kitchen.

No but I was just saying to DH that I want one, since I tried MIL's artichokes this weekend. Sooooo good, and you just add artichokes with garlic and oil and steam for 30 mins.

Yes!
I use for for soups & stews. Especially if I need meat to cook faster (and softer) i use it.
I must use mine like 3x/month

Add freshly rolled meatballs into enough sauce to cover them and cook. Once the pressure cooker has pressure and is cooking under pressure, you only need about 10 minutes. The meatballs come out so soft, cooked and delicious!
