Do you have pets?
DH and I agreed it is time to expand our family, but not time for a baby. We are getting a puppy!! Im so excited!! I grew up with a dog and I have really missed not having one.
So what kind of pets do you & your DH have?

We got our first cat soon after we got engaged and our second cat soon after we got married!  I love them so much. We are currently TTC but they will always be our first children!

We have 2 pets...but they are more like our first sons LOL. I had a cat since I was 17, but he was always picky about who he liked, and who pet him. Then, he fell in love with DH and now refers to him as Daddy LOL. And, we also have a 10 month old puppy, who we got 3 weeks after moving into our new house, about a month or so after the weddding. They are awesome.

When we moved in we took my cat from my parents house. DH was very hesitant at first and actually said he hated cats. Well, during our first dance he asked me if we could adopt a kitten. So when we got home from the honeymoon we went to the shelter and adopted our second fur baby.

DH & I adopted a lab puppy after we had been together for a little over a year. We had just moved in together a month prior to that. Here we are 5 years later w/ a giant four year old lab. He is our baby. I just hope he likes his human little bro/sis that is due in June.

The day after we got home from the HM, DH and I got our little yorkie, Bella. She is my life, I just hope she is ready for her new human little sister in April!

we have 2 cats!! one i had before DH and the other he bought me as a birthday present after we moved in together.
they are the sweetest kitties ever and we adore them!! they are like our children!! though now we will add a human child to the mix!!

My Dh and I got into a fight one day and I basically told him he has to give me more of a comminment so i told him we move out or get a puppy!!! he chose a puppy.... we have a 9 month old hound mix name murphy!!!!

We have a 2 year old Shih-Tzu named Abby, 2 cats named Winnie and Johnny Cash, a Russian Tortoise named Tank, and a Crested Gecko named Boogie!!! The Zoo as we call it! Here's Abby!!!

She is 10. DH adopted her when he was 16 and she was a tiny puppy (her mommy dog was MIL's friend from work's dog, who got knocked up by the neighbor's dog!) They have been together ever since! She used to be quite jealous of me but after 9 years (yes, I have known her since she was 1!) she has finally come around

We have a quaker parrot that we got about a month and a half after our wedding. She is amazing and she is the quite the talker. We were planning on getting a puppy but our landlord wasn't too happy about it so we wound up getting our parrot!!!
