Do you have "regular" cycles
meaning every month, like clockwork, you get AF on the same CD?
The dr. mentioned that I have "slightly irregular cycles" since I range from 28-32 days.. one month was even 26 days... On a side note, I haven't been on the pill in over 6 years now.
Just wondering what everyone else has.. Thanks!

Re: Do you have "regular" cycles
I was like clockwork before the pill... Its been six months off and they are all over the place. I have had three natural AF's in six months...

Re: Do you have "regular" cycles
I have pretty regular cycle.....like clockwork it comes on the 1st every month and now feb. is going to screw it up b/c there is only 28 days....do you know how nice that makes it when you're counting your CDs lol (you don't have too!!!)
I will say there were a few months when I was later, due to traveling & the stress (europe I was late, hence why I was taking pg. tests in london). I don't think anyone has a 100% regular cycle, it's impossible b/c everything is a factor.

Re: Do you have "regular" cycles
b/c your cycles range from 28-32 days i wouldnt say thats irregular. the notion of getting a period on day 28 and ovulating on day 14 is so ingrained in the medical world that anything out side of that is irregular. its totally normal to be in that range.
this is discussed in Taking charge of your fertility.
I usually range from 28-32 days as well. One month i had a 45 day cycle...which was odd..i have no idea what caused that and it hadnt happened again.
but you're totally normal.

Re: Do you have "regular" cycles
I never miss AF, but it does vary by a couple of CD's sometimes (because of stress, illness, etc). I don't think that's abnormal, TBH. Our bodies are very sensitive (or at least mine is ) to other factors.

Re: Do you have "regular" cycles
ok, keep the replies coming! Good to know I'm not that "odd".. I always considered myself 'regular' because it only varied a few days whoops.. oh well!

Re: Do you have "regular" cycles
I asked my dr- bc my cycles are usually 33 days and she said its normal. That once your cycles hit about 40 days you're considered irregular.

Re: Do you have "regular" cycles
AF always arrives on day 28. The past two months my cycle turned into a 26 day cycle.

Re: Do you have "regular" cycles
My cycles are very regular 26 days. I have discovered over the past few months that I know exactly when I ovulate and when Af is coming because its always the same days.
