I know they don't rub your boobs but is this something they need to know? Not sure if they would do something differently with this knowledge?

You should tell them only to make you more comfortable while positioning you.
It's not super comfy to lay down on BFing breasts.
Some clients like to keep their bra on with the pads if they leak. The massage therapist can just unstrap it when he/she works your back.
There is a pillow that is made with cut out for breasts and I use it a lot for larger breasts women, women who BF or had recent surgery.
If they don't have a special cut out pillow they can prop you up with some rolled up towels.

Yes, there are some essential oils that are not okay for BF moms. Make sure you mention it so they don't use those on you. I don't know which ones they are specifically, but the last time I had a massage they told me that this was an issue.

Here is the list I posted on another thread. Those listed below are fine!
NB: German Chamomile Roman Chamomille Lavender Yarrow Dill
2-6 months old ABOVE PLUS Mandarin Eucalyptus Coriander Neroli
6-12 months old ABOVE PLUS Palma Rosa Calendula Grapefruit Aniseed Tea tree
