Do You have your cat groomed?
Simba (an orange tabby) is 6 years old.
I was so good with keeping up with the brushing.
He does have matts though 
I dont really want to shave him all together, then again, he'd look pretty funny with just the mats shaved.
They're all on the middle of his back.
His sides, belly, legs, tail, are beautiful.
Im not sure how it even happened. Overtime, Im noticing more.
Sorry this is so long. If you groom your cat and have any advice at all, please share!

I get mine shaved liked a lion- but he is persian
my other cat manages to keep her self perfect- she is long haired but wont let you near her
he is all matted- he attacked me for trying to fix him- so he is going to the groomer in 2 weeks- that's the soonest I could get him in!

YES! I do!!
i have 2 ragdoll cats... they have long white hair and they need to be groomed every so often.
I have my one cat get a lion's cut. its good for the summer time.
