Do you have(did you have) a fussy baby or a happy baby?

I meant to make this a poll but somehow tab closed my post windowChat Icon

Anyway for us:
Ronan has been very fussy for the past 2-3 months-sick, teething, stomach issues etc.

Declan is mostly happy with a hot temperChat Icon

Sasha was a great newborn, was difficult from 3 to 6 months, and is now a wonderfully happy baby. She still is not the best napper, but she is so smiley and happy-- everyone comments on it and I keep her giggling all day. Chat Icon

Can't believe how lucky we got with Shane, he's the easiest, happiest little guy. Even neighbors I barely know will comment that he's ALWAYS so happy. Never had a fever (yet), no relflux/formula issues, no ear infections so far. Even teething barely affected him. He eats well, sleeps 11 hours (since about 5 months) and is just a fun dude to hang out with.

DD is only 4 months old but she is generally happy...and only gets fussy when its time to eat, sleep or a wet diaper. Otherwise she's pretty chill. She's never smiley, just laid back. JUST like her daddy Chat Icon

Considering all the little things that have been going on with James, he's a pretty happy little guy. He never really fusses unless there's something really wrong.

Right now, he's super congested and all he does is cough, but he's not really complaining about it....

Fussier than fussy! She was MISERABLE as a baby. I'd say around 5 or 6 months, when she became mobile, she got a lot happier. Now, at 3, you'd never know she was a fussy baby.

Fussy until about 5 months. Then pretty happy for the most part since then.

He does still have bad days (or half days) at times though--it just seems like he woke up on the wrong side of the crib and it's all downhill from there. But the next day, he is usually just fine.

Re: Do you have(did you have) a fussy baby or a happy baby?

Although my baby was very gassy, even still a bit gassy (10 weeks now), he has always been happy and smiley. Now that he is much less gassy he is super smiley and smiles and is happy all day long. At 3am changes he is smiling at me on the changing table. Even when he is having gas he tries to smile inbetween-lol!

DS has always been a happy baby. At 11.5 months he has gotten more difficult in the sense that he wants to do what he wants but overall he is a happy boy.

Re: Do you have(did you have) a fussy baby or a happy baby?

DD was EXTREMELY fussy from weeks 2-6 (at which point she was diagnosed with a milk protien allergy and put on special formula) and from then on been EXTREMELY happy... She seriously spends 90% of the day smiling, squealing and laughing

Re: Do you have(did you have) a fussy baby or a happy baby?

Oh g-d... from birth-6/8 weeks she was horrid. Screamed most of the time and was never really ever content. I longed to have a baby that would just sit cradled in my arms.

Around 3 months she became SO SO SO good and happy all the time. Now at 10 months, she RARELY cries. If she cries, I know something is up.

my 2 month old is a happy baby, she only cries when she needs something, a fresh diaper, eat, burp, or a change of scenery.
She eats like a champ and is sleeping through the night

DD has been extremely fussy since day 1. She's 6 months old now so she's a little bit better, but still has quite an attitude on her. She's also a very serious baby. Sometimes you really have to work to get her to smile. I'm in love with her though... Chat Icon

DD is a very easy baby. Generally very happy and only fusses when she needs something.

Happy. When she is sick, not so much, but 95% of the time, she is a delight.

DS was never a fussy baby, but was and still is very " intense" Chat Icon

DD , aside from her sleeping which to date is horrendous ( as I type this on her 11 month birthday, STILL waiting for just one night that she STTN), she is generally a happy baby....She's got a temper when she wants something though for sure !

Hudson is beyond fussy. He could give out lessons. And really for no reason. Just a high maintenance kid.
