Re: Do you keep a log of your exercising?
Not exactly, but on my calendar I write down at the end of day if I went to the gym so I can keep track of how many days I go each week. I don't write down exactly what type of exercise I did or for how long, but I think it's a good idea to do this so maybe I should start.

I do. I have one of those little notebooks and I write the date at the top and then the type of exercise, amount of time, and distance traveled. I have a weekly mileage goal so this helps me to keep track.

only milage/speeds - but I don't do much more than that (only started adding pushups recently)
I have my milage/speed workouts in an excel sheet, b/c I have what I am supposed to do mapped out for whatever the next race is.

Re: Do you keep a log of your exercising?
YES I DO! I keep a journal of everything I eat, drink and all my exercise. It also helps me plan my week. Each day has two pages (the left and right) and one side is my plan - and the other is what I actually do.
I sit down on Sundays and write out the exercise classes I will take for the week - what cardio workouts I will do, etc. I also plan my meal plans and what I will make.
It helps a lot! I write EVERYTHING in it, so when I don't eat right or I skip exercise, I have to look at it in black and white and that motivates me.
