WORKOUT LOG

I know there is one on liw but since alot of us are posting more over here now, I thought Id start one. I know the one on liw helped motivate me seeing other girls post their workout routine.

I'll start.

Yesterday - 35min HIIT on treadmill and 15 min Precor

Today - 35min on treadmil and 10 min precor

I want to start getting in shape! I run a lot and I'm not overweight but certainly need to tone ALOT!!!!!! TIA!

I am going to start posting mine here instead of LIW- ( for months it was just me and snowboardgirl anyway)

I am going back to the gym tomorrow- I had dinner plans every night this week- so I have been slacking
