My uncle does. He has a beeper & a cell phone. He puts down tiles, etc. and does not want all his customers calling on his cell phone.
My dad does too. He is an electrician and my mom beeps him when customers need to reach him. He doesn't want his customers to have his cell or beeper #.

My step-dad is a pharmacist at a hospital and still has one.

All the dentists I work with have one b/c they have multiple offices, etc and different numbers mean different emergencies they need to be prepped for. And honestly, sometimes they won't answer their cell and forget it, but teir pager is attached to them at all times.
